Brandelyn Hall Smith

Director of Marketing and Social Media

A 1999 Honors graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Brandy Hall Smith has made her career in Mortgage Banking and Loans. She received a certification from the Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance in 2002 and continues to work as a Loan Consultant alongside her work as Director of Marketing and Social Media with Paces Ferry Builders.

To Hall Smith, mortgage lending is about more than selling loans. It’s about helping people achieve their home ownership goals. Whether that’s helping them reach a better financial position or connecting them to the home of their dreams, it’s about guiding them to the finish line. Her 20 plus years industry experience has taught her to take the time to understand her customers: What’s their story? How can she help them in their pursuit of a home? When she sees her customers as real people with real goals, needs, and dreams, she gets to match them with the best loan product and create a truly seamless lending experience. Everyone has a story to tell. What they need is a Loan Originator who will listen, customize a loan to meet their needs, and guide them every step of the way. Hall Smith has proven able to do just that and looks forward to working with you.
